Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong industrial experience to support production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (must-have) to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, control panels, and wiring Diagnose and fix issues related to hydraulics and pneumatics Maintain and repair production machinery such as presses, stamping equipment, or similar industrial systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Required Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (required) Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues independently Experience working with industrial machinery (presses, stamping, or similar equipment preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics Preferred Qualifications Experience in metal stamping, press operations, or automotive manufacturing Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (not programming required, but a plus) Technical certification or associate degree in maintenance, electrical, or related field
