We offer: Full Benefits 401k match Profit sharing Informal dress code Flexible work schedule Small, family orientated company atmosphere Discount on building materials Fun company events Maintenance Technician Responsibilities and Duties This temporary maintenance technician position offers an opportunity for individuals at various experience levels to contribute to maintaining and repairing facility and production equipment. Responsibilities include supporting installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance efforts in a safe and efficient manner. Maintenance Technician Required Qualifications Assist with installing and maintain machines and facility equipment. Help with scheduled maintenance and unplanned equipment repairs, with guidance as needed. Perform basic machinist duties and responsibilities with opportunity to grow skills. Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics and work orders to complete maintenance tasks. Assist in identifying issues, replacing or repairing parts, and making necessary adjustments. Support general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, welding and carpentry. Safely use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment. Learn and assist with CMMS software Limble work orders, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Follow all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Maintenance Technician Preferred Qualifications Prior maintenance experience is preferred. Two-year technical degree is helpful. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting with the ability to read schematics is preferred. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and working with 24VDC-480VAC systems is a bonus. Prior welding and metal work knowledge is desired. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, possibly overtime. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Strong communication skills are necessary. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with frequent stooping, bending and standing. Maintenance Technician Salary Range Nonexempt salary of $22.00 to $30.00 an hour. This represents a good faith estimate of the current salary range based on the role. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary by individual qualifications including relevant job knowledge, education skills and experience. Due to the temporary nature of this position, the duration of employment may not extend to benefit eligibility.
