Maintenance Technician - Tommy's Express Car Wash Full-Time Salary Position Are you someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and keeping systems running smoothly? We're looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a high-volume Tommy's Express Car Wash.This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their mechanical abilities and wants to play a key role in keeping a fast-paced operation performing at its best.As our Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our state-of-the-art car wash equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably every day.Salary Range:based on experience Schedule & Work Environment Approximately 45 hours per week Some maintenance may be performed early mornings, evenings, or after closing to minimize downtime Occasional on-call availability for urgent repairs Flexible scheduling depending on operational and maintenance needs Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on car wash tunnel equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Maintain and service pumps, motors, blowers, conveyors, and wash equipment Quickly troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure long-term reliability Coordinate repairs, parts replacement, and equipment upgrades Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance workspace Assist leadership with facility improvements and operational efficiency What We're Looking For Previous mechanical or maintenance experience required Experience working with hydraulic systems Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems efficiently Experience with industrial equipment, pumps, motors, or conveyors is a plus Ability to work independently and manage priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50pounds Comfortable working around water, moving machinery, and cleaning chemicals Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces when necessary Compensation & Benefits Performance-based bonus opportunities Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive and team-oriented work environment If you're mechanically inclined, dependable, and take pride in keeping equipment running at its best, we'd love to have you on our team.Join us and help keep our operation running at full speed..
