Maintenance Worker

The Avon Old Farms Hotel is a gracious New England Hotel conveniently located at the bottom of Avon Mountain in the Farmington Valley.We are looking for an individual to become an integral part of our Maintenance Team.Requirements:General mechanical knowledge, painting, carpentry & etc.Ability to handle snow removal and general landscaping.Flexibility with scheduling & availability to workdays or evenings as well as weekends & holidays.Able to lift up to 40 pounds.Able to bend, stretch and stand for extended periods of time.The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.Valid Drivers License (required) Reliable Transportation (required)Applicants must have their own tools.Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
