Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for various maintenance projects Assist with general building maintenance including minor repairs, equipment servicing, and troubleshooting mechanical issues Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and irrigation system management Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills for maintenance troubleshooting Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and coordinate tasks efficientlyJoin us in creating safe, beautiful environments that inspire pride!
