Maintenance Worker

The maintenance department is responsible for; general upkeep and minor repairs perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance diagnose and repair broken assets maintain a record of performed maintenance tasks daily/weekly/monthly projects keep hand tools, power tools, and supplies organized and clean keep maintenance depratment clean and organized communicate any supply needs follow safety precautions and adhere to the schedule groundskeeping maintenance Must have good general knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, and a comfort with researching issues that you are unfamiliar with.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Falmouth, MA 02540 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Falmouth, MA 02540:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
