Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team! Your expertise in mechanical systems, landscaping, and general maintenance will help create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components. Conduct landscaping tasks such as lawn care, mowing, tree trimming, gardening, and landscape maintenance to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy. Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for various repair projects. Maintain hardscape features including pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Manage snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access around the property. Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and seasonal adjustments to support healthy plant growth. Support tree care activities such as pruning and planting to promote safety and aesthetics. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance or construction environments. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment like mowers and trimmers. Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening practices, and landscape design is highly desirable. Experience with snow plowing equipment and techniques for winter weather readiness. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, digging with shovels or excavators, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship. Prior experience in tree care, irrigation systems, or hardscape projects is a plus.
