Rotational Development Program The Rotational Development Program is an 18 to 24-month formal training program to learn the business and develop skills needed to successfully support our plant or business operations. Upon successful completion of the program, the individual will be considered for promotion to a relevant position. This is an entry level position. Key Duties and Responsibilities Performs work activities as directed to gain knowledge about the organization, the industry, and Martin Marietta's products. May perform work in multiple areas of the business to gain broader knowledge.
