Job OverviewWe are seeking motivated and competitive Management Trainees to join our team.This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to grow their careers in management and B2B sales.The Management Trainee will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including B2B sales, customer service, account management, and administrative tasks.This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Participate in training programs to learn about company operations and management practices.Assist in outside sales efforts by engaging with business owners and promoting products.Manage territory mapping and leads organization.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Support B2B sales initiatives by collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.Conduct data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records.Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting KPI's and administrative duties.Engage in public speaking opportunities to represent the company at events or meetings or training workshops Develop negotiation skills through interactions with small to medium business owners.Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while assisting visitors.Lead and coach small to large teams Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.Familiarity with territory management practices is a plus.Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing customer interactions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential for administrative tasks.Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Experience in marketing or sales management is advantageous but not required.A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within the workplace.Join us as a Management Trainee and take the first step towards a rewarding career in management!
