The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated, "new or seasoned" talent to join our leadership track. This is not just a job; it’s an immersive training program designed for individuals holding both Culinary and Hospitality degrees who are ready to bridge the gap between education and high-level management. At our core, we believe in the power of locally sourced, scratch cooking and clean ingredients . You will learn to navigate the complexities of a high-volume, fast-paced environment while upholding the traditions of a historic establishment. Core Responsibilities As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through every facet of the business to master the following: Culinary Innovation: Take direction on continuous menu development, ensuring every recipe and ingredient meets our rigorous "clean food" standards. Operational Excellence: Fine-tune opening/closing procedures and rigorous cleaning schedules across the kitchen, bars, and dining areas. Front-of-House Mastery: Gain hands-on experience in bartending, bar backing, customer service, and expert-level POS operations. The Business of Food: Master the "back-end" through ingredient sourcing, ordering, labor scheduling, and computer/social media management. People Leadership: Learn the art of "patient leadership"—understanding individual employee strengths to create efficient schedules that minimize overtime and turnover. Stewardship: Basic "handy" skills to assist in the maintenance and preservation of our historic building. Candidate Requirements Educational Background: Completion of both Culinary and Hospitality degrees (preferred) Work Ethic: A "forward-thinking" mindset with a high aptitude for real-time problem-solving. Physicality: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to get your hands dirty (literally and figuratively).
