Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our food service operations with enthusiasm and precision.In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and manage a talented team of staff members.Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold food safety standards, and foster a positive work environment.This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the success of a fast-paced, hospitality-focused establishment while delivering top-tier service and culinary quality.Duties Lead and supervise restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high-quality food service delivery Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet brand standards and customer expectations Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling with accuracy Train and develop staff on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures Conduct staff interviews, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team Ensure compliance with health regulations, food handling standards, and safety policies across all departments Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on food industry operations Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within casual dining or fine dining environments Demonstrated success in supervising teams, training staff, and implementing effective training & development programs Strong knowledge of inventory control systems like Toast POS; experience with cash handling is essential Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and executing food management strategies effectively Background in hospitality management with exposure to catering, banquet services or hotel food operations is highly desirable Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, handle interviewing processes confidently, and foster a positive work culture Join us as we deliver outstanding culinary experiences while cultivating a vibrant team environment!
