About the Opportunity: The Manager, Benefits Administration Services plays a key role in managing defined benefit retirement programs. This position is responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction by overseeing client relationships, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvements. The role contributes to meeting compliance and performance objectives through collaboration with internal teams and clients. Responsibilities: • Manage defined benefit administration accounts with focus on client satisfaction, retention, and growth Collaborate with clients and leadership to implement business strategies and operational priorities Ensure business units meet service level agreements, performance metrics, and delivery standards Support initiatives for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and system enhancements Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements and plan provisions Work with internal and external stakeholders to sustain strong partnerships Contribute to the development and analysis of performance reports and key performance indicators Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations Assist in planning and executing business continuity plans for defined benefit operations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 5 years of client-facing or client support experience, preferably in defined benefit, defined contribution, or pension administration Experience supporting teams in BPO or call center environments for benefits administration Strong knowledge of defined benefit and/or defined contribution plan administration, including operational support and client relationship management Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Estimated salary range: $71,150 to $90,000 Position may be eligible for bonus or incentive based on business need Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance Benefits & Perks: • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits effective from day one Retirement savings programs Employee discounts on merchandise, services, and travel Career growth opportunities within a global organization Paid training through learning platforms Competitive paid time off packages Inclusive work environment valuing diversity Equal Opportunity Statement Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
