POSITION SUMMARY The Manager of Career Coaching supports strategic initiatives to enhance student career readiness, coordinate coaching programs, and integrate career development into academic and co-curricular experiences. This role manages coaching operations, oversees peer-led initiatives, and collaborates across departments to deliver inclusive, high-impact services. The Manager plays a key role in implementing workshops, maintaining faculty relationships, and supporting the integration of career development into the student experience. This position is an in-person position at Post's main campus or downtown Waterbury location. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Leadership, Strategy & Promotion Support hiring and supervision of Career Coaches; manage daily operations and coordinate advisor training with campus partners. Contribute to strategic planning by implementing team-level goals and supporting cross-functional alignment. Apply inclusive coaching practices that support the success of students from diverse backgrounds and career interests. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance role-specific expertise and contribute to team-wide growth. Assist in coordinating student-facing marketing efforts, including event promotion and outreach in support of coaching initiatives. Student & Alumni Career Development Lead the development and consistency of resume and cover letter review resources; ensure alignment across coaching team practices. Oversee implementation of the Peer Career Coaching Program, supporting the Peer Career Coach Lead with training, operations, and alignment to strategic goals. Coordinate in-person and virtual career readiness workshops, including peer-led initiatives; manage logistics and resources for coaching events. Ensure consistenc
