JOB Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent. Equivalent years of experience are equal to one (1) year of relevant experience for every one (1) year of experience required.Experience: Minimum of five (5) years related experience.Licenses and Certifications: Valid AZ Driver’s License upon hireCPR/First Aid Certificate within 1 year of hireObtain and maintain a valid Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance CardPreferred/Desired QualificationsExperience in a municipal or government setting.A minimum of five (5) years previous supervisory experience.Experience working with Department of Developmental Disabilities programs.Experience developing, implementing and monitoring multiple legal contracts, agreements or grants to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and program standards.Tell me more…..SHAPE COMMUNITY.
