This is what we need you for We are looking for a Manager of Direct-to-Consumer & Marketplaces to lead the strategy and performance of our ecommerce business. This role is responsible for the performance of the DTC website and third-party marketplace channels, including Walmart Marketplace and Target DVS. The Manager focuses on improving site conversion, digital merchandising, and the overall customer journey while ensuring product launches, campaigns, and promotions translate into strong online sales. The role works closely with marketing, CRM, product category, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to align campaigns, inventory, and merchandising strategies that support ecommerce performance. Key Responsibilities Site Performance & Optimization Improve site conversion rate and average order value through digital merchandising and experience improvements Optimize site navigation, product discovery, and product page content to help customers find and purchase products more easily Identify friction points in the customer journey from landing page through checkout and implement improvements to reduce drop-off Use performance data and customer insights to guide site updates, merchandising decisions, and promotional placement Ecommerce Strategy & Channel Performance Lead the strategy and performance of the DTC website and third-party marketplace channels, including Walmart Marketplace and Target DVS Develop plans across pricing, assortment, merchandising, and promotions to drive digital sales Plan and execute product launches, exclusives, and key promotional moments Monitor channel performance and adjust strategies based on sales trends and customer behavior Marketplace Management Oversee the performance of Walmart Marketplace and Target DVS Improve marketplace visibility through optimized listings, pricing, assortment, and promotions Ensure marketplace product content meets strong standards for imagery, product information, and discoverability Performance Analysis & Forecasting Support performance analysis, strategy development, and budget planning with the Global Performance Marketing Manager to increase visibility and marketing efficiency Track key ecommerce metrics including revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and margin performance Lead sales forecasting and promotional planning Use analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and guide optimization efforts Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, CRM, creative, category, supply chain, finance, customer service, and IT teams to support ecommerce performance Align marketing campaigns, product launches, inventory planning, and promotions across channels Improve internal processes and workflows that support ecommerce operations This is what you can score highly with Qualifications 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, DTC, or Marketplaces Strong experience improving site performance, conversion, and digital merchandising Proven track record growing online revenue through ecommerce optimization Experience working with ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and analytics tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-moving organizations Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams Your Benefits Employee Purchase Program Get awesome discounts on various products.
