Click here to learn more about our full benefits package JOB SUMMARY The Manager of Health Information Management (HIM) is responsible for the corporate strategic direction and operational performance of HIM, including coding, clinical documentation improvement, the release of information, transcription, chart completion, enterprise master patient index, document management, medical record integrity, CDM Maintenance, and information governance. Ensures regulatory and legal compliance. Serves as the Facility Privacy Officer and custodian of all medical records for the organization. Monitors performance and evaluates employees in compliance with hospital policies. Coordinating responsibility to the medical staff regarding medical record documentation issues.
