JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Director of HomeCare, this position is responsible for managerial & clinical activities of the home infusion pharmacy services & staff. Responsibilities include leading, managing, & influencing the daily operational activities associated with the delivery of pediatric home infusion pharmacy services for patients from internal & external referral sources within the community. Supports the overall business plan by monitoring team performance & outcomes, relative to established goals/measurements. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Doctorate Degree (non MD) 5 Years of Experience Registered Pharmacist Must have previous leadership experience in a home infusion pharmacy for a minimum of five years. The current salary range for this position is $82.14t o $112.94 Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
