KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our KPMG Strategy practice. Responsibilities Provide full scope of executive-based compensation consulting services, including assessment, design, governance, technology, and implementation services working with publicly-traded and privately-held companies in performance transformations and transactions. Advise on the compensation-related elements of domestic and global HR M&A transactions with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies and private equity investors. Lead IPO compensation planning initiatives, including executive compensation and equity plan design, cash incentive plan redesign, and program communications. Lead and manage the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMGs engagement teams, and direct communication of results with clients Oversee and drive development of staff, including being mentor and coach to junior team members Direct business development initiatives Qualifications : A minimum of five years consulting experience in the design and implementation of compensation and benefit plans with a top accounting or benefits consulting firm, with experience in an HR M&A due diligence and integration environment Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college Has either attained, or is on track to attain, FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP and/or CEP designations Extensive experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project Highly motivated, self-starter, team player, with positive attitude and strong quantitative, communication and relationship-building skills Willingness and ability to travel Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
