We put our customers first – exemplified by our mission: “We Protect Those Who Protect Us®.” This dynamic management role will be supporting the Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) and the Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) product lines within the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area. The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead and manage a team of subcontract professionals through various stages of the supplier lifecycle management process, ensure quick resolution of technical and programmatic issues, participate in and contribute to routine program and product line management reviews, technical meetings, and internal or external audits. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Experience in a large, complex multifaceted electronics design & manufacturing environment Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations and understanding of the role of subcontract in complex industries. Experience leading major subcontract efforts in a Department of War (DOW) contracting environment, inclusive of major supplier terms negotiations. Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations and the nature of flow down requirements. Experience in either developing or managing team development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and production sustainment for multiple contract types.
