Northrop Grumman is seeking a Site Security Manager/FSO for Spectrum Center and the Security representative for Dynamic Connectivity Solutions Operating Unit. Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Manager Industrial Security 1 to join our excellent, diverse team of security professionals. This position reports to the CNS Site Security Manager. This is an on-site position at the Spectrum campus, located in San Diego, CA. The Industrial Security Manager 1 will act as the Facility Security Officer for the site, manage multiple programs including SAP, SCI and lead a team of security professional. In This Job, You Will Manage and provide security oversite for Northrop Grumman facilities located in San Diego, CA. Will be required to support other Northrop Grumman facilities on a limited basis Serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the Northrop Grumman San Diego, CA facility. Manage a team of security professionals. Develop, implement, and administer security plans, programs, and policies for the protection of classified or proprietary materials, documents, hardware, and equipment Prepare security plans outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for screening, granting personnel and visitors access to restricted areas, information, and materials Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations 32 CFR Part 117, the NISPOM Rule Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies Maintain compliance with US Government security regulations and directives Participate in internal and external security compliance assessment reviews and perform self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/ requirements Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective action Conduct Physical Security duties and responsibilities for maintaining and establishing new Open Storage Areas (e.g., complete fixed/closed facility checklists/survey areas, tempest checklist, review and approve facility drawings for new or remodeled classified areas) to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Maintain personnel security database, conduct inquiries for security incidents and ensure compliance with Government and company reporting regulations/requirements Develop, implement, and administer Security Awareness and Annual Refresher Training and OPSEC program in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, the NISPOM Rule. Perform security indoctrination briefings for newly assigned personnel instructing individuals on the sensitivity of program information, requirements for safeguarding program documentation and facility security policies Perform Personnel Security processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses Prepare, review, and submit DD254s and work with Enterprise Security Services Center Manage a team of security professionals to ensure security compliance with government regulations requirements Maintain classified accountability program, oversee secure storage and workspaces for customers and company, conduct annual inventory of accountable classified material Ensure that all classified materials held by the sites are compliant with the regulations and directives which govern marking, handling, controlling, removing, transporting, sanitizing, reusing, and destroying classified information and equipment containing classified information Establish and maintain COMSEC and COMSEC accountability Provide security support to all cleared employees and approved visitors Conduct new
