The Position STACK is seeking a Manager, IT Shared Services, to lead capacity planning, demand governance, and team performance for shared Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and Support Analysts across IT (Americas). Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, this is a newly created leadership role designed to help STACK scale. As the business grows and demand for enterprise systems increases, we need a strong operational leader to bring structure, transparency, and accountability to how work is prioritized and delivered. This role requires a confident operational leader who can manage technical contributors without micromanaging them. This role ensures their time and effort are aligned to corporate priorities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead Capacity & Demand Management Own resource allocation and capacity planning for shared BSAs Develop clear visibility into utilization, backlog, and demand pipeline Facilitate prioritization cadences aligned to business objectives Balance competing priorities and escalate trade-offs when necessary Maintain dashboards that provide transparency across IT leadership Build Operational Discipline Define, implement, and enforce standardized intake processes Improve prioritization clarity and reduce scope creep Drive reporting transparency and continuous process improvement Establish a scalable service delivery model to support company growth Lead & Develop the Team Directly manage and mentor a growing team of Business Systems Analysts Support onboarding and performance management Set clear expectations and boundaries Protect team focus while maintaining strong internal service levels What Success Looks Like In Year One Intake and prioritization are standardized and documented Resource allocation is transparent and data-driven Confusion around ownership and sequencing is materially reduced The BSA and Support teams operates with clear boundaries and balanced workloads The Director of Enterprise Applications is freed to focus on strategic roadmap and quality initiatives What This Role Is Not Product ownership or stakeholder consulting (BSAs do that) Technical architecture, systems administration, or solution design Vendor/contract management Procurement or global operating model strategy The focus is on capacity, process, prioritization, and team management . Business Systems Analysts own stakeholder engagement and solution design. Support Analysts provide first-line functional support for core enterprise systems and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role ensures their time and effort are aligned to corporate priorities. The Details Location: Denver, Colorado Travel: 10% Must be eligible to work in the United States Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening Must-have Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, engineering operations, or similar leadership role 3+ years of direct people management experience (technical or analytical professionals preferred) Proven ability to manage competing stakeholder demands and escalate trade-offs appropriately Demonstrated experience owning capacity planning and resource allocation Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional IT environment Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards or performance reporting Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professio
