Position Summary: Responsible for leasing the company’s San Diego office portfolio. Work with the existing Office Leasing team to provide exceptional customer service while striving to achieve or exceed leasing goals. Also plays an active role in driving our company initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various projects to drive visibility and interest. Proactively identify and engage new customers through cold calling, direct mail, and in-person meetings, while managing site tours and a detailed contact database. Cultivate and sustain strong professional networks with brokers, community leaders, and the general public to secure long-term occupancy. Draft and manage critical leasing materials, including solicitation letters, proposals, lease requests, and real-time status reports. Conduct continuous research on market rents and occupancy rates to stay competitive and provide data-driven insights. Interpret prospective tenant financials and business plans to support lease proposals, while effectively negotiating complex lease provisions to protect the landlord’s interests. Perform economic analyses and coordinate with internal departments to ensure existing lease contracts are managed according to guidelines and company goals. Additional Skills: Proven ability to conduct financial analysis. Must have a high level of proactive communication skill with the ability to successfully modify communication approach based on setting (work or social/entertainment). Knowledge of business, contracts, and commercial construction. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3+ years Additional Requirements: California Real Estate Sales License Experience in Commercial Real Estate leasing. A network of contacts with brokers. Travel Required Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.) Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations: Compensation: Base Pay Range: $76,100.00 - $112,700.00
