The Manager of Network & Telecommunications is responsible for the availability, security and performance of our client's enterprise network and voice infrastructure. This role ensures reliable connectivity supporting patient care, telehealth and revenue operations while partnering closely with Cybersecurity, End User Computing (EUC) and Clinical Systems teams. Day to Day Responsibilities Network & Telecom Operations -Own the availability and performance of enterprise networking leveraging Fortinet and VeloCloud (SD-WAN) -Ensure reliable connectivity for clinical systems, imaging, telehealth, and call center operations -Lead incident response for network and telecom outages including root cause analysis and remediation -Maintain network architecture standards, configuration documentation, and operational runbooks Voice & Communication Systems -Manage Cisco-based enterprise telephony and VoIP platforms -Ensure compliant emergency calling and E911 services across all locations -Oversee call quality monitoring, capacity planning, and carrier/vendor SLAs Security, Compliance & Risk -Partner with Cybersecurity to enforce network security controls -Support HIPAA, audit requirements, and business continuity planning Leadership & Vendor Management -Lead and develop network and telecom engineers and
