Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Manager of Accounting & Administration / Controller. The role includes managing financial operations, preparing financial statements, overseeing journal entries, maintaining records of fixed assets, and performing financial analysis. The individual will ensure compliance with financial regulations, provide strategic financial insights, and contribute to the overall financial health and efficiency of the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports Strong analytical skills for forecasting, budgeting, and financial decision-making Expertise in managing journal entries and ensuring their accuracy in accounting records Knowledge of finance principles and managing fixed assets in compliance with financial policies Experience in maintaining accurate and timely financial documentation Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency with financial and accounting software tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA certification or equivalent is preferred
