Job Description Summary: JOB SUMMARY This position leads the planning, organization, and management of the hospital's pharmacy services. He/She develops and implements appropriate pharmacy policies and practices. The scope of the position could include either operational focus, clinical focus or a combination of both depending on the size of the care site. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master's Degree RPH - Registered Pharmacist Field of Study: Hospital Pharmacy Residency Field of Study: related field. Years of experience: 5 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Registered Pharmacist (Ohio), Advanced degree (M. S. Hospital Pharmacy, M. B. A. ), preferred Hospital Pharmacy Residency or equivalent Experience preferred Business, Clinical Pharmacy, Performance improvement 5 yrs. in health care management. DESIRED ATTRIBUTES Preferred Hospital Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience preferred INFORMATION SECURITY Maintains confidentiality of log-on password(s) and security of other authentication devices (e.g., key fobs, proximity devices, etc.).
