Be part of a world-class menu team innovating to deliver unique beverage experiences across the U.S. As a product manager, you will play a pivotal role managing the development, commercialization, and go-to-market approach of promotional beverages. You will build and implement strategy and innovation for seasonal products and key platforms to bring the next wave of exciting Starbucks beverages to our customers. We are seeking someone with a passion for innovation, strategic problem solving, and proven cross-functional collaborative skills. As a product manager in beverage , you will… Lead new beverage product launches for all our U.S. stores from initial brief to launch Collaborate across R&D, consumer insights, operations, supply chain, finance, and marketing Test and learn about new beverage concepts – refining products for customers and developing recommendations for how we bring them to market Develop strategic recommendations for product categories and/or innovation territories that support leadership decision-making Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners and lead cross-functional efforts across the enterprise Efficiently & effectively drive projects/issues to cross-functional resolution Create structured presentations illustrating key business objectives, new insights, and actionable recommendations for senior leaders Embody our mission and values through helping others succeed, and building trust We’d Love To Hear From People With 5+ years experience in brand/category management, product innovation, marketing or strategy Project leadership in a cross-functional environment (2+ years) Experience developing and delivering presentations to executive level audiences (2+ years) Experience developing and executing on product strategies A passion for developing products and building brands rooted in customer empathy Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically Ability to leverage data and insights to inform actions that will grow a business Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Ability to function effectively with high degrees of ambiguity and change Ability to work in a matrix environment and to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills MBA preferred As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
