Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for a Program Manager 2, Supplier Management Team Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Melbourne, Florida. The Supplier Management Team (SMT) Lead reports to the Fluids Area Lead within an Air Vehicle Subsystems IPT. The candidate will be responsible for managing suppliers who provide hardware and software solutions for one or more aircraft Fluids subsystems and will lead the evaluation of the programmatic and technical trade space. The candidate will lead requirements analyses, technical trade studies, risk management, recommend down selections, and participate in Supplier Management Team oversight of vendor selection, procurement, and vendor oversight. Strong relationship and team building skills, project management, and cross project coordination skills are required. The SMT Lead will be responsible for: Coordinating the efforts of the SMT, including engineers, the subcontracts administrator, supplier quality assurance representatives, logistics engineers, schedule planner, and cost/material planner Managing Earned Value (EV) of material control accounts Coordinating and managing the execution of all phases of supplier performance, including planning, proposals, new capability development, production, testing, deliveries, and sustainment Conducting or coordinating review of supplier documentation (e.g., technical evaluations of proposals, acceptance test procedures, cost and schedule reports, software version description documents) Reporting supplier status to Program Managers, GSC managers, and IPT Management Managing supplier requests for waivers, deviations, and discrepancy reporting process Verifying that End Item Data Packages (EIDPs) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRLs) items are reviewed and dispositioned The selected candidate should thrive working in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, engaged in significantly diverse assignments, within a collaborative team setting across all levels of the organization. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company Preferred Qualifications Experience managing suppliers as part of a government/DOD contract Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, CPIF, etc.) Requirements development/flow down Technical evaluations of proposals CAM/E
