The Regional Network Manager will assist in vendor recruiting, implementation, compliance, and communication. Recruit, train, and implement new vendors to support EFW business activities as necessary. Understand the EFW carrier development team operations system and capabilities as it relates to vendor management including rates, selection, and payment. Maintain knowledge of current, historical, and industry trends relating to cost of transportation Provide guidance, procedures, and communication to various operations groups on the utilization of approved carriers. Participate in regular compliance reviews of vendor contracts and relationships, including scorecard metrics and QBRs. Perform regular site visits and audits of EFW agent locations. Communicate EFW processes, procedures, and expectations to the EFW agent network. Drive, support, and implement all initiatives driven by the EFW Strategic Plan. Collaborate with various departments to establish best practices and promote cross-training and cross-functional team building. Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote team satisfaction and retention. Responsible for adhering to and actively participating in EFW’s standard Performance Management process. Ensure safety methods and programs are implemented and maintained. Support and promote company core values. Regular attendance is required. Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
