Key responsibilities include Managing restaurant operations Inspiring and motivating staff Overseeing inventory control Ensuring food safety standards are met Utilizing POS systems effectively Upholding customer service excellence Experience Required: Proven management experience within the food service sector In-depth knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management Familiarity with inventory control and budgeting Strong communication skills to enhance information flow throughout both front and back of house A friendly demeanor to help expand our customer base Stay updated on new menus, lead seasonal drink changes, and coordinate with our kitchen team for food updates.
