What We're Looking For 2years of supervisory and retail experience Availability to work a 6-day work week, including weekends, nights, and holidays Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word) Experience with POS systems and cash handling/fiscal responsibility Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service What You'll Do Build strong relationships with customers and the local community Lead by example to create a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store Drive sales performance and help meet or exceed revenue goals Manage inventory and control labor costs effectively Recruit, train, and develop team members Support daily operations and take on additional responsibilities as needed Why Join Fun Factory?
