Stay Connected is hiring on behalf of our client in Houston for a full-time Manager Trainee role. This is a W-2 position designed for individuals looking to develop skills in sales, small team leadership, client management, and territory expansion within the telecommunications and technology industry. This is a hands-on, entry-level management training role where you will start in retail and customer-facing sales, while gaining exposure to the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a team, overseeing client accounts, and driving territory performance.
