Corporate Treasury has an opportunity for a Manager to join the Cash Management & Payments team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Kyriba, exceptional analytical skills, outcomes driven mindset and a strong sense of personal accountability. The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. What You Can Expect Cash Management Oversee daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity forecasting, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs. Payment Operations Oversee payment processes across multiple rails (SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, etc); coordinate electronic funds transfers with subsidiaries/business units. Advise on payment regulatory considerations Treasury Systems & Process Improvement Optimize Treasury Management System and processes including prioritization of opportunities Drive automation and process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy. Enhance and streamline reporting and visibility to cash accounts. Reporting & Analytics Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Support ad-hoc reporting and projects Leadership Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals. Delegate tasks appropriately and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within Enterprise Finance. Drive adoption of automation, AI, advanced analytics, and digital enablement to enhance financial processes and decision-making. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CTP or CFA preferred). 10+ years of treasury experience, ideally in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of cash management, payment regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. What We Offer You Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $114,500.00 to $188,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
