We are a high-energy restaurant group seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. Our concept blends a lively sports atmosphere with strong food, beverage, and hospitality standards, creating an environment that keeps guests coming back. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment and is best suited for operators who take pride in accountability, performance, and results. This is not a role for someone looking to coast. Our managers are expected to lead from the front and set the standard every shift. Who We’re Looking For 5+ years of leadership experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants or bars Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, staffing, and day-to-day operations with a focus on profitability Strong understanding of local store marketing, including social media and community engagement A coachable, team-oriented leader who can drive performance and deliver a high-level guest experience Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus Must be currently active in the full-service restaurant/bar industry (candidates out of the industry for more than 6 months, or with primarily retail, fast food, fast casual, nightclub, or similar backgrounds, will not be considered) Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service Manage labor, food, and beverage costs while maintaining operational efficiency Drive sales through execution, marketing initiatives, and team development Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations Ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to company policies Train, coach, and hold staff accountable to service, appearance, and performance standards Oversee inventory, cash handling, and POS system operations Support a fast-paced, guest-focused environment that combines strong operations with an engaging atmosphere Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform standard restaurant duties Comfortable working in high-volume, high-energy environments with exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals Must be available to complete 1–2 weeks of training at another company location What We Offer Direct support from an experienced leadership team Opportunity to grow within an expanding restaurant group A role with real impact on operations, team development, and guest experience Acknowledgment By applying, you confirm that you understand the expectations, physical demands, and standards of this role.
