Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our Coffee Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with previous Coffee Shop management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage shifts effectively, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage and train team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and safety in compliance with health regulations. Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team to ensure timely preparation. Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and increase profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in Coffee Shop management. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members. Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including banquet operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
