Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, Partner Calls, and leadership development. Master the use of PLACE Technology. Engage actively in the PLACE Leadership Development program. Participate in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and apply effective systems. Enhance your skills as a real estate sales expert through client prospecting and consultation. Develop and manage both existing and new marketing campaigns. Supervise contract negotiations.
