The successful candidate will be a senior banker with a proven track record in originating, structuring, and executing complex strategic and financing transactions. This role demands a professional who can act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, boards, and sponsors, and who is adept at driving the firm's growth through strong client relationships and transaction leadership. The Managing Director will be responsible for leading strategic advisory, M&A, and capital markets transactions, as well as for generating and sustaining significant annual revenue. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 12 years' experience in investment banking, with a focus on managing director-level origination and execution. The role requires a deep understanding of M&A processes, capital markets dynamics, and transaction structuring, as well as an established network of senior corporate, sponsor, and investor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to lead complex discussions at the executive and board level, and a demonstrated success in team management and firm-wide growth.
