The successful candidate will be a senior banker with a proven track record in originating, structuring, and executing complex strategic and financing transactions. This role demands a seasoned professional with strong client relationships, transaction leadership experience, and the ability to generate and sustain significant annual revenue. The Managing Director will be responsible for leading strategic advisory, M&A, and capital markets transactions, serving as the primary senior-level relationship manager for clients, and driving new business development. Additionally, the role involves providing senior oversight of the transaction process, maintaining and expanding relationships with institutional investors, and contributing to the firm's leadership and strategic planning. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 12 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on managing director-level origination and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of M&A processes, capital markets dynamics, and transaction structuring, as well as an established network of senior corporate, sponsor, and investor relationships. The role requires the ability to lead complex discussions at the executive and board level, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a commitment to high ethical standards and client service. The Managing Director will also be expected to recruit, mentor, and develop a team of bankers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture within the firm.
