The Mandate The client is seeking an entrepreneurial Country Manager / Managing Director to establish, lead, and scale the German business . This is a true build role, with full responsibility for market entry, local strategy, commercial success, and long-term positioning. The successful candidate will act as the senior face of the business in Germany , with significant autonomy and direct access to the global leadership team.
