The successful candidate will be a senior-level M&A professional with a proven track record in originating and leading transactions. Key responsibilities for this role include managing the entire deal execution process, from initial engagement to closing, and building and maintaining relationships with business owners, investors, and referral sources. The role also involves representing the firm in various client interactions and contributing to the company's growth initiatives and strategic direction. The ideal candidate for this position at The Company will have a strong network, be adept at sourcing, pitching, and closing middle-market transactions, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a high-performance, remote-first culture.
