In this role, you will lead the evolution of integrated marketing services across media strategy, marketing operations, content production, and MarTech innovation. You’ll collaborate with executive stakeholders, guide multidisciplinary teams, and shape how brands engage audiences across the full customer journey. You’ll play a key role in scaling intelligent marketing ecosystems that drive both customer growth and long-term brand value. \n Accountabilities: Lead the strategic transformation of marketing services by integrating AI into media planning, MarTech workflows, content operations, and performance optimization initiatives. Design and oversee connected omnichannel customer journeys that align paid, owned, and earned media to improve acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value. Partner with executive-level client stakeholders to align marketing investments with measurable business outcomes including pipeline growth, ROI, brand affinity, and long-term performance. Guide multidisciplinary teams across media strategy, CRM, personalization, content production, and marketing operations while ensuring operational excellence and scalable delivery. Drive innovation in data strategy, tagging, audience targeting, and tracking infrastructure to improve decision-making and campaign effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous optimization, experimentation, and AI-powered automation to improve efficiency while enabling teams to focus on strategic impact. Serve as an executive sponsor for key client relationships, helping manage strategic planning, performance targets, and long-term growth opportunities. Requirements Extensive experience leading integrated marketing, performance marketing, or marketing services organizations in agency or enterprise environments. Strong expertise across omnichannel media including paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV, DOOH, influencer marketing, SEO, CRM, and content syndication. Proven success building connected customer journeys and leveraging CRM platforms and automation tools to create personalized cross-channel experiences. Deep understanding of MarTech ecosystems, media buying operations, data architecture, tracking systems, and audience analytics. Demonstrated AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI to improve marketing delivery, operational efficiency, performance measurement, or workflow automation. Ability to balance executive-level strategic leadership with operational involvement across complex client programs and internal delivery teams. Strong client management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior business and technical stakeholders. Experience managing high-performing multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced, performance-driven environments. Strong analytical thinking, systems-level problem solving, and commercial acumen focused on growth and measurable impact.
