The successful candidate will be responsible for all operational aspects, including enforcing compliance with employment policies, directing and managing the work and performance of the management team, and overseeing all costs and budgets. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing food and labor costs, tracking waste, and controlling expenses to meet financial goals. The Managing Partner will also be involved in the hiring and training of staff, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant, and upholding the company's core values. Applicants for the Managing Partner position at the company should have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept. The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
