Employer Industry: Construction and Engineering Why Consider This Job Opportunity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision from the first day of employment 401(k) matching plan and wellness programs offered Supportive and collaborative work environment Chance to impact complex federal construction projects and enhance organizational performance What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Project Schedulers and Project Schedulers Oversee the development and maintenance of baseline and updated project schedules Ensure compliance with federal agency scheduling specifications and contractual requirements Provide executive-level schedule analysis, including critical path and risk impacts Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and external stakeholders on scheduling matters What Is Required (Qualifications) Must be a US Citizen or US Person Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of scheduling experience in the federal construction industry with demonstrated success on projects valued at a minimum of $20M 3+ years of experience in a leadership role Strong expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with federal agencies such as USACE, NAVFAC, or similar Professional certifications such as PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) or PMI-SP (Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional) Familiarity with risk analysis tools and earned value management (EVM) #Construction #Engineering #ProjectManagement #CareerOpportunity #FederalProjects We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
