Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Manicurist and Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team. Responsibilities Provide a wide range of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail care treatments or enhancements Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative services Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client experience and salon revenue Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories through effective communication skills and product knowledge Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work station while adhering to salon policies on sanitation and safety Requirements Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in nail technology from an accredited program Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills Knowledge of color theory, nail care procedures, and advanced techniques such as acrylics, gel nails, and nail extensions Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene in a salon environment Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and understand their needs Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Basic retail math skills for upselling products confidently and accurately Join us if you’re eager to bring your creativity to life while delivering outstanding customer service!
