Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Nail Technician to join our team at Expert Nails Spa in Ship Bottom, NJ [Long Beach Island]. As a Nail Technician, you will provide exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall salon experience. Responsibilities Perform manicures and pedicures, including shaping, filing, and polishing nails Apply gel polish, acrylics, and nail extensions as requested by clients Provide hand and foot massages during treatments for relaxation Offer personalized nail design recommendations based on client preferences Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, following all sanitation protocols Sterilize tools and equipment after each use to ensure client safety Keep up-to-date with the latest nail care trends and techniques Assist with retail sales of nail care products Skills Strong knowledge of retail sales and ability to upsell nail care products Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and transactions Understanding of color theory for creating beautiful nail designs Experience with esthetic laser treatments (preferred but not required) Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively Knowledge of proper sanitization practices to maintain a clean environment Experience in body waxing (preferred but not required) At Expert Nails Spa II, we offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment where you can showcase your talent and grow your career as a Nail Technician.
