What You’ll Do As a Nail Technician at H2O, you will be the face of our luxury brand, providing "spa-level" precision and care. Elite Service: Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with extreme precision and artistic creativity. Consultative Care: Listen to client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and educate them on proper at-home nail health. Sanitation Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas and tools. Trendsetting: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest nail art trends and high-end techniques. Collaboration: Work alongside a professional "family" to ensure a seamless, high-vibe experience for every guest. What We’re Looking For Licensed Professional: Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations. Artistic Expertise: Strong knowledge of color theory, nail anatomy, and advanced techniques. Customer Service Maven: Previous experience in a luxury service environment is preferred. Well-Rounded Talent: Familiarity with additional beauty services (waxing, lashes, etc.) and a knack for upselling is a major plus. Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle "retail math" for inventory and sales tracking.
