This is an entry-level role where you will operate and troubleshoot production machines while earning competitive pay on 2nd shift. About The Role 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with an additional 10% shift differential. As a Production Operator, you’ll help create medical diagnostic products by running reagent filling and packaging machines, including capping and labeling. You’ll set up and break down production lines, ensure quality in every batch, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Operate and assist with filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines (equipment includes: fillers, cappers, labelers, and automated packaging machinery) Assist with line setup and breakdown Follow instructions to meet strict quality standards Learn to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $41,100 - $56,518 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
