Royal Manufacturing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this hands-on role, you will help manufacture high-quality acrylic bathtubs and shower bases used in homes across the country. What You'll Do Assist in the production of acrylic bathtubs and shower bases Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks Follow established safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, or construction is preferred, but not required Ability to work second shift from 2:00 P.M. - 10:30 P.M. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Experience using hand tools and power tools is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Physical Requirements Ability to lift at minimum 50 pounds repetitively Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and standing for extended periods Language Requirements English is required Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Weekly Pay (Every Friday) Why Join Royal Manufacturing?
