Job Description
Seeking a detail oriented manufacturing administrative coordinator with experience in purchase orders, inventory, and ERP systems to support daily operations, ensure on time delivery, and maintain quality and ISO standards. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and process general administrative work including timesheets, spreadsheets, and reports Plan and communicate jobs and orders internally and externally with customers Process material purchase orders Perform accounting tasks related to cost tracking for project budgets and schedules Maintain project documentation Handle contract review and job setup Process customer purchase orders for stocked products Engage with suppliers for price negotiations Monitor inventory including material procurement and control Manage internal and external relationships Prepare and maintain documentation as per ISO and quality requirements Compile and summarize data from technical and accounting sources Follow safety regulations Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor Skills & Knowledge General manufacturing knowledge Manufacturing planning or purchasing background Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to take responsibility and communicate effectively Ability to build and maintain relationships Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong judgment and decision making ability Education, Qualifications, & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or college degree preferred Knowledge of discrete or mixed mode manufacturing, scheduling, material procurement, negotiations Understanding of ISO and QMS procedures Customer service experience Experience with ERP or MRP systems Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF tools
