Job Description
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery, and cost Lead and manage small to moderate scope capital projects Establish and maintain layouts, labor standards, methods and sequence of events for assembly operations Analyze, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies Provide support and troubleshooting for current assembly operations What Skills You Need 1 or more years of experience with manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventative maintenance, and facilities Experience with engineering tools and manufacturing execution systems Experience leading and implementing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication skills with operators, peers, and leadership Self-motivated and able to execute with minimal supervision Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology discipline or equivalent related work experience (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical engineering preferred) Strong personal accountability, follow-through, and ability to foster a positive, engaged team environment Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas for loader cab assembly operations
