Job Description Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to enhance production quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve existing workflows and systems. Ensure adherence to aerospace industry standards and regulations throughout the production cycle. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues. Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and equipment for manufacturing operations. Monitor and improve production schedules to meet project deadlines and budget requirements. Provide technical support to resolve engineering and manufacturing challenges. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.
